2. Eligibility

• Share sexually explicit content without express consent of all parties depicted.
• Engage in spamming, unsolicited commercial messages, or phishing.
• Attempt to scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Australian law.
• Share personal information of other users without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Yarnnect. By posting content, you grant Yarnnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not endorse any user-generated content and accept no liability for it.

Yarnnect does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

All content, branding, and technology associated with Yarnnect — including the name, logo, design, and software — are the intellectual property of Yarnnect and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Yarnnect at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
